The Mallard Apartments will bring 72 affordable apartments to the Placerville community. The Mallard will provide a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes for individuals and family households earning between 30% and 60% of the area median income. The community features an on-site management and leasing office, a community room with a kitchen, a computer room, an outdoor barbecue area, and a playground. Apartments are expected to be available for initial occupancy in Summer 2026. Please check back here often for progress updates.
